Please kindly note that this document serves as a design request form and necessitates approval from Amy before we can initiate the project.

-A 50% non-refundable deposit is a prerequisite for the commencement of work.

-Upon receipt of the final payment, the completed artwork will promptly be delivered to the client.

-Any requested revisions will incur an additional cost of $150 plus GST per hour.

*Clarification on revisions: A revision involves modifying an existing design, rather than entirely reconceptualizing the design.

-Diamond Graphics operates during the regular business week, from Monday to Friday.

-Clients can expect to receive artwork updates and drafts from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM.

-Amy prefers email for our communication to keep a record. Please note Amy can't accept design instructions or changes over the phone.

-By agreeing to commence work, you are confirming your acceptance of all the terms outlined above.
